Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our guidelines.

Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 1 year from the purchase date. We accept unopened and partially used items for customer convenience.

Return Authorization (RMA): All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by contacting our support team. Packages sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Processing: Once your return package is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within standard business days and credited back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
